Vinyl Cut Lettering
ALL OUR SIGNS ARE AVAILABLE IN: VINYL, PVC, CORFLUTE, ACRYLIC, ACM & ENGRAVED

FlameStop offer a vinyl cut service for all your graphic and signage needs. We can produce a large array of signage in any size or colour you can imagine. We can cut vinyl from our library of standard signs or are able to cut custom vinyl using your artwork as long as it is supplied in the appropriate digital format (see website for details). All vinyl graphics are supplied weeded and are ready to apply with transfer paper. All you need to apply is patience, a craft knife and a rubber squeegee. See our website on ‘how to’ install our vinyl graphics yourself.
Our standard range of vinyl is Black, Red and White. To order any of these colours just append the job number with either: -B, -R or -W. We also offer a wider choice of colours, please call for availability.

Drawing Capabilities

If you are unable to provide an editable electronic version drawing then don’t stress, FlameStop can draw up block plans from scratch at an hourly rate if required. Typically our customers will provide us with an AutoCad DWG or EPS file of their drawing to keeps costs to a minimum.

Supplying Artwork

We can accept a range of artwork files to produce your custom block plan. If you do choose to supply artwork for print we accept the following formats: Adobe Illustrator CC or below (packaged), Adobe Indesign CS6 or below (packaged), Adobe PDF (press quality), AutoCAD DWG, bitmap files PSD, TIFF or JPG (minimum requirement RGB 300ppi), vector files (CDR or EPS). Looking for a snap frame that is suitable for sheltered outdoor use as well as indoor use?
Our unique quick-load snap frames enable you to swap over your evacuation diagrams in seconds. We offer a variety of sizes ranging from A0 to A4 and other sizes are available on request.
Open all four snap frame edges by lifting upwards. Remove anti-glare UPVC protective cover.
Mount via 4 screw holes located underneath the lifted frame edges. Fix to the desired surface using the screws provided.
Keep the snap frame edges open and place your graphic within the inset interior frame.
Again, keeping the snap frame edges open place the anti-glare sheet over your graphic making sure it has full even coverage.
